ABSTRACT
Objective@#To introduce the SVF-gel as a filling, and the application of SVF-gel for the treatment of horizontal neck wrinkles.@*Methods@#This investigation presented a retrospective study of 30 patients (age ranged from 25 to 56 years, with mean 36 years) in Guangzhou Eye-Nose-Fat Cosmetic Plastic Clinic from December 2017 to June 2019. We used the SVF-gel injection for horizontal neck wrinkles for the patients. The effectiveness was observed 1 to 6 months later.@*Results@#No serious complications occurred in all patients. Postoperative evaluation of horizontal neck wrinkles showed that the swelling time lasted for 1-3 days, and the satisfactory rate of the doctors and patients after one month was 83.33% and 86.67%, and that after 6 months was 86.67 % and 83.33%, respectively.@*Conclusions@#SVF-gel is an effective treatment for horizontal neck wrinkles.

This paper discussed the biological relation mechanism, such as neurotransmitter, neuropeptide and its receptor, glial cell, immune-medi-ators, nerve signal transduction pathway, synaptic plasticity and nerve regeneration.

AIM: To investigate the effect of Ganoderma lucidum spores powder on the expression of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), nuclear factor-?B (NF-?B) and apoptosis of nerve cells in rats with epilepsy established by pentetrazole. METHODS: The sub-eclampsia dosage of pentetrazole (PTZ) was used to make epilepsy model. Ganoderma lucidum spores powder group was given from stomach. The enduring time and latent period were recorded. The immune reactivity of IGF-1, NF-?B/P65 and apoptosis of nerve cells were measured with immunohistochemical staining and TUNEL method. RESULTS: In high power sight (?400), there were much more apoptosis cells in hippocampus and brain cortex of model group (18.80?2.13, 16.87?2.00) than those in control group (0.97?0.52, 0.58?0.25). The expressions of IGF-1, NF-?B in model group were higher than those in control group. 200 units of eligible blood from donors with negative HBsAg reaction had been tested for hepatitis B virus markers (HBVM), using ELISA and dot-blot hybridization. The results of testing showed that 120 of the 200 units of blood had negative HBVM reaction, and the rest 80 units of blood had positive HBVM reaction. Among these 80 units of blood, 62 units had negative hepatitis B virus replication markers (HBVRM) and the rest 18 units had positive HBVRM.
